  4. Garlic cloves (chopped).

  1. 2 potatoes.

  2. 1/3 cup sour cream.

  3. 2 green onions.

  4. 1 cup shredded cheddar.

How to Prepare:

The first thing you have to do is boil the potatoes. For this, take a large pot and put your potatoes there. Add water and salt, and cover the lid for boiling. Make sure that you keep the heat at a high flame. While the potatoes are boiling, preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray your dish tray or place parchment paper on top. Pour some olive oil on the tray and let it make a layer on it.

After ten minutes, check if the potatoes have gone tender or not. Drain the water, and transfer them to the dish tray. Use a fork or a masher to mash the potato to form a flat shape. Brush over the potatoes with seasoning and some oil. Put them in the oven for baking till they turn golden brown and crispy.
